SECOND YEAR | 2022-23
Started in all 20 conference games, averaging 30.8 minutes, 12.7 points, 7.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.9 blocks, and 1.6 steals per contest . . . improved in every statistical category from the previous season . . . one of three Cascades to log over 600 minutes on the season and led the team in assists (72), blocks (37), and rebounds (145) . . . her career-high 59.4% shooting from the field was good for first amongst U Sports players nationally, and broke the Cascades’ single season shooting percentage record . . . she was also tied for second in blocks per game amongst U Sports players nationwide and her 1.9 bpg season average is second best in Cascade single-season history . . . her 56.4% overall career shooting through two seasons currently positions her as the Cascades’ all-time best shooter . . . her season and career high 35 points November 26 versus UBC-O is tied for second most points in a game by a Cascade . . . recorded a triple-double with 10 points, 10 boards, and 10 helpers January 20 versus TRU . . . hit double figures 5 times for boards and secured at least 5 rebounds in 16 games.

Played in all 18 conference games, starting 13... averaged 21 MPG, 8.5 PPG, 5.6 RPG, 1.9 APG, 0.6 SPG….scored a career high 25 points and pulled a career high 18 rebounds vs UNBC Oct 30…career high 7 assists vs TRU Nov 12 … established UFV freshman game records for FG% (11/15 vs UNBC Oct 30), total rebounds in a game (18 vs UNBC), offensive rebounds (9 vs UNBC) … also set new UFV standards for FG% in a season (52.4%) and blocks by a freshman (14) … cracked the top 10 in 16 other UFV freshman records.

Fraser Valley Championship all-star in grade 8, 9, and 10 . . . as an underage player was a member of the U15 BC Provincial team that won national championship in 2018 . . . the following summer led U15 Provincial team to a national bronze medal . . . was an all-star at 2019 National Championship . . . named to the provinces Super 15 in grade 10 . . . played in the BC high school all-star game in 9th grade . . . GW Graham Athlete of the year grade 8, 9, and 10 . . . graduated high school after her grade 11 year foregoing her grade 12 year of basketball.

Played for head coach and current UFV assistant coach Dan Nayebzadeh for Excel Basketball Club from the age of 13.
NATIONAL TEAM
Invited and attended the Canada Basketball National Assessment camp in Toronto, Ontario in 2019 and 2022 . . . invited to attend the 2020 and 2021 virtual National assessment camp.

Parents are head coach Al Tuchscherer and UFV Hall of Fame inductee Denise Tuchscherer . . . older sister joined the Cascades in 2019 . . . currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science degree program and is undecided on future career endeavors . . . hometown is Chilliwack, B.C.
