Cascades Storylines
- It's senior night for the Cascades basketball teams on Saturday, with WBB recognizing four graduating athletes (Nikki Cabuco, Maddy Gobeil, Deanna Tuchscherer and Google Sidhu), and MBB recognizing three (Jake Willemsen, Takeshi Croke, and Chris Jackson).
- WVB needs one win this weekend against UBC to clinch top spot in the standing heading into playoffs.
- MVB looks to lock up a playoff spot in the final two games of the season against UBC. They currently hold on to the final position, with TRU one game back.
- MBB and WBB have already clinched their playoff spots, and will look to finish the season strong against their local rivals from Trinity Western. WBB will host their first round playoff matchup next week, while MBB will head out on the road.
Milestone watch
- MBB: Dario Lopez is currently at 399 field goals for his Canada West career, the third most in program history.
- MBB: Takeshi Croke is nine assists short of 100 for the season, which would be the second highest single season tally in program history.

- Maddy Gobeil is 14 field goals short of 500 in her Canada West career. She would be the first Cascades WBB player to reach that milestone.
