Cascades Storylines
- WVB: The UFV Cascades women's volleyball team opens up their Canada West playoff campaign at home this weekend. They will face off against the University of Saskatchewan Huskies, who defeated Trinity Western in a best of three series last weekend. The top-ranked Cascades will look to advance to their second consecutive Canada West semifinal with a win in this week's best of three at home.
- WBB: On the heels of Saturday's playoff victory over Calgary last Saturday, the Cascades women's basketball team will play Saskatchewan in the conference semifinal for the second year in a row. The winner of the game will book their spot in the USPORTS Final-8 this season.

- WVB Standings: The Cascades finished atop the Canada West standings in the regular season with a 17-3 record, while their opponents this week finished the regular season at 10-10 in eigth.
- WBB Standings: The Cascades Finished 2nd in the CW Pacific Division with a 15-5 record on the season, while their opponents this week topped the Prairie Division with a record of 18-2. Both of Saskatchewan's regular season defeats came in their opening weekend to UFV's quarterfinal opponent – the Calgary Dinos.
