Jeffrey is from Abbotsford, B.C. He played volleyball for McMaster University from 2014 through 2019. He spent the 2019-20 season with the Columbia Bible College Bearcats as an assistant coach, and is joining the Cascades for 2020-21 to assist with player development and the transition to U SPORTS.
