Saskatoon, SK – The University of Saskatchewan Huskies came up with a three-set victory (25-16, 25-21, 25-16) on Friday afternoon in Saskatoon.

The loss drops the Cascades to 5-12 on the season, while the Huskies improve to 11-6.

How it Happened
With the teams tied at 10 in the opening set, an ace from Saskatchewan's Noah Opseth was followed up by two from Isaiah Mamer to take a 16-11 lead. Three kills and an ace from Jefferson Morrow put the set out of reach.

Two kills from Mamer, and an ace from Jacob Baird gave the Huskies a 12-6 lead in the third, and they would not look back, closing out the match 25-16.
