Quotable::
UFV head coach
Tom Lowndes
"We had challenged them at halftime to just be better, and not go through the motions, because with playoffs locked in and positioning locked in it'd be very easy for us to just go through the motion and be average"
"We gained a bit of energy with the rookies in the second half, the guys coming on, and I thought they did really well. So, yeah, I was pleased with the second half, scoring some goals, and obviously it's nice to get the win. For sure."
Up next:
The Cascades head to Kamloops to close out their regular season with a 12pm kickoff against the TRU WolfPack on Sunday.
